What you will do
- Act as the technical authority for the cloud and on-premises VDI landscape.
- Govern the Citrix platform architecture and define operational standards.
- Approve SOPs and oversee operational quality within the VDI domain.
- Lead VDI transformation and migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with security, network, and compliance bank units.
- Manage vendor roadmaps and ensure technical alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and evolving Citrix-based VDI environments.
- Expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktops, Apps, DaaS, and Flex.
- Experience in designing Azure environments for VDI workloads, including networking and high availability.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust, network segmentation, and SOC/SIEM integration.
- Proven background in image lifecycle management and patching strategies.
- Experience in regulated (financial) environments.
