Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in North America or Canada.
  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing or advertising experience in account management or business development.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management or leading sales teams.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving budget and KPI expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong ability to develop actionable insights from large data sets.

Nice to have

  • Experience or decision-maker relationships within Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) or Commercial industries.
  • Experience working with Statistical Survey’s Marketshare data.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Digital sales or media accreditations (IAB, Google Ads & Analytics, Meta).
