What you will do

  • Lead design, implementation, and evolution of global compensation structures using market data and internal insights.
  • Manage end-to-end incentive cycles and quarterly equity grants ensuring accuracy and approvals.
  • Support executive compensation processes including benchmarking and Board materials preparation.
  • Design and enhance compensation systems, tools, and dashboards leveraging automation and AI.
  • Advise business leaders and HR teams on compensation decisions with data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead annual pay equity audits and ensure compliance with global transparency legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of compensation experience in a global environment including analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
  • Experience managing equity programs and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI to improve compensation processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Radford surveys, acquisitions, sales compensation, and total rewards platforms.
