What you will do

  • Deliver job evaluation, job grading, and job classification projects using the Hay methodology and digital tools.
  • Design job architectures, including job families, levels, and career progression frameworks.
  • Conduct work measurement and role complexity assessment initiatives.
  • Support clients in building robust and consistent role frameworks related to regulatory and transparency requirements (e.g., EU Pay Transparency).
  • Develop structured analyses and high-quality presentations of results and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Partners on proposal development and solution design, potentially leading client engagements for smaller clients.

Requirements

  • Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters), ideally in HR, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Law, or Mathematics.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or industry in job evaluation, job grading, work measurement, or job architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of job families, grading structures, role classification, and structured evaluation methodologies (Hay methodology preferred).
  • Excellent language skills in Italian and English.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with data and digital tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
