What you will do
- Lead design from ideation to delivery, collaborating with product strategists, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and consistency across product touchpoints with strong visual and UX design principles.
- Design AI-powered conversational interfaces, multi-modal experiences, and autonomous agent flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs through research and testing.
- Bridge design, technology, and business teams to execute design vision effectively.
- Mentor design teams and promote continuous improvement of design practices.
Requirements
- Willingness to travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia up to 50% of the time.
- Rich experience in digital product and interface design from concept to scalable delivery.
- Strong foundations in UX, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Exceptional visual design skills including color, layout, typography, and motion.
- Deep understanding of Middle Eastern market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proven experience designing for Right-to-Left (RTL) languages.
- Experience with AI-accelerated design tools and front-end fundamentals to collaborate with engineers.
- Strong leadership in agile, cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
