What you will do
- Shape the user experience of Bitmovin’s products end-to-end, influencing design decisions across product, engineering, and leadership.
- Turn ideas into real product experiences, moving from UX exploration to implemented solutions.
- Leverage modern design workflows, including AI-assisted tooling.
- Create well-structured, well-communicated design work in Figma.
- Work closely with product development teams to implement designs in React and TypeScript using Mantine UI.
- Help evolve the component library and design system.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar.
- Experience working in B2B, enterprise products, internal tools, or SAAS environments.
- Portfolio of work showing digital product design experience.
- Solid understanding of UX and user-centric design processes with data-driven analytics capabilities.
- Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
- Expertise with Figma.
Nice to have
- Experience with React and/or TypeScript.
- Experience in a product-led growth environment.
- Technical background and experience in Online Video Streaming.
