What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a group of Project Managers, overseeing workload allocation and prioritization.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic iLottery projects, including platform launches, product enhancements, and regulatory updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure all projects meet regulatory, security, and compliance standards within the iLottery domain.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for project risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within technology, gaming, lottery, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience leading or mentoring project teams or project managers.
  • Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and agile methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of iLottery operations, compliance requirements, and platform technologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum Master or similar certification.
