What you will do

  • Drive adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation and Softchoice services throughout the existing customer base.
  • Create and progress new services opportunities in partnership with Softchoice field and technical teams and Broadcom Account Directors.
  • Manage and report on pipeline growth to Sr Leadership.
  • Enable Softchoice sellers on VMware value propositions.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Broadcom/VMware Field Sellers and Softchoice teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in virtualization, cloud infrastructure, or VMware-aligned architecture roles.
  • 5+ years of account management experience/field sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of VMware technologies including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria, and VCF.
  • VMware certifications such as VTSP, VCP-DCV, VCP-Cloud, or VCAP strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence sales outcomes and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a partner/reseller, distribution, or vendor ecosystem is an asset.
