What you will do

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta end-to-end, including budget allocation and creative testing.
  • Own the organic search strategy, encompassing traditional SEO, AEO, and GEO to increase visibility in AI-driven search engines.
  • Implement and maintain robust conversion tracking and offline conversion feeds to ensure accurate pipeline data.
  • Report on pipeline-qualified-opportunity (PQO) metrics and scale channels based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, SDRs, and Brand teams to align campaigns with broader demand generation goals.
  • Manage link-building relationships and develop SEO-driven content briefs targeting high-intent keywords.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing paid media in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
  • Demonstrable expertise in building campaigns from scratch in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience managing monthly paid budgets of £20K+ with clear accountability for revenue outcomes.
  • Strong background in SEO fundamentals, keyword strategy, and practical link building.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structures, and CRM integration (HubSpot).
  • Ability to interpret funnel data and make performance-based budget decisions.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with PostHog, Dreamdata, or similar attribution tools.
  • Experience with Shopify App Store advertising.
  • Interest in AI-driven search (AEO/GEO) and its impact on organic discovery.
