What you will do
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally and timely
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues ensuring positive experiences
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Manage customer engagement tools
- Collect customer feedback to support product and marketing development
Requirements
- Native-level German or French and business-fluent proficiency in the other language
- Experience in customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team and fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Intercom experience is a plus
- Must be located in the UK or within commuting distance to London
