What you will do

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat professionally and timely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues ensuring positive experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Manage customer engagement tools
  • Collect customer feedback to support product and marketing development

Requirements

  • Native-level German or French and business-fluent proficiency in the other language
  • Experience in customer service or similar roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team and fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Intercom experience is a plus
  • Must be located in the UK or within commuting distance to London
