What you will do
- Localize and execute global 1:1 and 1:few ABM frameworks tailored to the Chinese enterprise landscape.
- Build the ABM infrastructure by identifying local B2B agencies and curating a MarTech stack for the Chinese digital ecosystem.
- Manage, mentor, and empower a regional team of 2–3 marketers to focus on account penetration and sales alignment.
- Define and track marketing-influenced revenue and MROI, providing insights into the Chinese B2B buyer.
- Design and run local campaign pilots, documenting successful approaches for scaling across global markets.
- Act as a strategic liaison to local sales leadership and a senior spokesperson at industry events and executive briefings.
Requirements
- At least eight years of marketing experience, with an emphasis on enterprise B2B.
- Proven track record running 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that expanded contract values or resulted in high-value renewals.
- Fluency in the Chinese tech market, understanding the local developer ecosystem, WeChat in B2B, and Chinese enterprise procurement cycles.
- Solid experience working with CRM and attribution tools.
- Strong leadership and presence, capable of commanding a room.
- Native Mandarin and professional business English language skills.
