What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring plans and competitive talent positioning.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer negotiation for G&A and Go-to-Market roles.
  • Leverage AI tools and talent market analytics to drive proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Perform organizational mapping to identify competitor structures and talent availability.
  • Track funnel metrics and performance data to optimize recruiting outcomes and process quality.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador to deliver a high-touch experience to all candidates.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in search firms or in-house roles.
  • Proven track record supporting G&A, technical sales, or Go-to-Market organizations.
  • Proficiency in using AI sourcing tools and talent analytics platforms.
  • Strong consultative skills to influence leaders and hiring teams.
  • Excellent time management and data tracking abilities.
  • If residing within 50 miles of a Nutanix office (San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo), onsite presence is required 3 days per week.
