What you will do

  • Own and drive critical, cross-functional initiatives across the Application Modernization portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Field teams to align on product vision and business objectives.
  • Leverage technical and analytical skills to maximize business value delivery and solve complex challenges.
  • Develop strategic program management approaches balancing hands-on oversight and process operationalization.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expand knowledge into new domains and influence improvements to tools, operations, and architecture.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from New York City or other MongoDB offices or remotely for the right candidate
  • 5+ years software development experience, preferably with Java web services, relational data modeling, and SQL.
  • Experience with code analysis, refactoring, automated testing, and project tracking tools (JIRA preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to generative AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Interest in business automation scripting (Python, Google Apps Script, Slack).
