What you will do

  • Maintain and improve vendor collaboration platform Infor Nexus and other planning tools.
  • Support production planning teams and global factories by resolving system issues.
  • Analyze and prioritize sourcing team business needs into system change requests.
  • Collaborate with global Supply Chain Systems team to integrate requests into system enhancements.
  • Support testing of new functionalities to ensure usability across teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to users and suppliers on sourcing systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Hanoi, Vietnam
  • Degree or relevant knowledge in supply chain or software technology.
  • Experience with vendor collaboration tools (preferably Infor Nexus) and supply chain planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan).
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork and understanding of supply chain processes.
