TL;DR

Customer Experience Manager, Modern Work: Managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on Microsoft 365, security solutions, and Copilot. Drives account growth through strategic business planning and co-selling initiatives with an accent on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving customer success and expanding account value. Location: This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, ON or Montreal, QC office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Represent and communicate the value proposition of integrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security and Copilot with other business systems.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business and proactively manage renewals.
  • Focus on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving customer success and minimizing churn.
  • Deliver key partner business planning milestones within the Partner Lifecycle framework.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with reseller accounts, onboard new partners, and align their Microsoft 365 business.
  • Consult with prospects and clients to assess their business needs and lead the sales cycle for Microsoft 365 recurring revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience and ideally have experience selling Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and organized.
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is required for this position and the successful candidate must either have this certificate prior to or complete it within 2 months of their start date.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
