TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Medtech): Designing intuitive, human-centered solutions for patient engagement and clinician workflows in the oncology space with an accent on complex, data-rich interfaces and care coordination systems. What you will do
- Lead the design of new features and enhancements for web and mobile platforms focusing on patient and clinician experiences.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate complex healthcare and clinical data into intuitive UX flows and compelling visuals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and clinicians to drive implementation and iterate based on metrics.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and performance best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer for web/SaaS products.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication.
- Proven ability to design complex, data-heavy products like dashboards or management systems.
- High proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and UX process (must be attached).
- Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
- Basic understanding of Front-End capabilities and limitations.

- Experience with B2C products.
- Background in medtech, telehealth, or clinician-facing tools.
- Experience mentoring designers or leading initiatives in high-growth environments.
