TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Medtech): Designing intuitive, human-centered solutions for patient engagement and clinician workflows in the oncology space with an accent on complex, data-rich interfaces and care coordination systems. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sarona, Tel Aviv (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

What you will do

  • Lead the design of new features and enhancements for web and mobile platforms focusing on patient and clinician experiences.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Translate complex healthcare and clinical data into intuitive UX flows and compelling visuals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, PMs, and clinicians to drive implementation and iterate based on metrics.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and performance best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer for web/SaaS products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication.
  • Proven ability to design complex, data-heavy products like dashboards or management systems.
  • High proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and UX process (must be attached).
  • Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
  • Basic understanding of Front-End capabilities and limitations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with B2C products.
  • Background in medtech, telehealth, or clinician-facing tools.
  • Experience mentoring designers or leading initiatives in high-growth environments.
