What you will do

  • Build and maintain robust, scalable Angular components aligned with the FICO Design System.
  • Develop modular, micro-frontend-based interfaces to enhance the platform user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment with design standards.
  • Support internal teams in implementing micro-frontends and sharing development best practices.
  • Contribute to the performance and organization of the IRIS component library and frontend repositories.
  • Develop internal tools and frameworks, such as Nx generators, to enhance developer productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with state management (e.g., NgRx or Redux) and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience in building and extending component libraries for design systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid experience with Git, Nx monorepos, and modern build tools.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Node.js and backend-for-frontend (BFF) patterns.
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Understanding of gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API integrations.
