What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Product Specialists and Project Managers.
- Act as an executive point of contact for clients during onboarding to ensure long-term value.
- Drive internal operational cadence via stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance reviews.
- Leverage AI insights and automation to identify risk signals and optimize workflows.
- Handle project escalations with speed, empathy, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to eliminate silos.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding
- 3+ years leading and coaching teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong software aptitude with ability to explain complex product functionality
- Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights in operational workflows
- Proficiency in project management tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence
- Ability to manage global teams across multiple time zones
