What you will do
- Analyze complex business problems through process automation and strategic analysis of business processes.
- Define detailed business requirements and gather end user feedback for solution design and development.
- Contribute to Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives.
- Drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions.
- Translate strategic plans into prioritized initiatives and support their execution.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Adept at translating complex analysis into actionable business insights and strategically prioritizing objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in operations within a fast-moving technology-driven organization or a quickly evolving supply chain driven organization.
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) principles and a strong understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to understand operating systems holistically and lead the delivery of program portfolios.
- Strong business analysis skills (planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, problem solving).
- Possess experience with AI technologies for process improvement. Possess advanced knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application to solve business problems.
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of top tier management consulting experience preferred
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
