What you will do

  • Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide daily on-site support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate complex problems
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Maintain and track inventories of computing equipment
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation
  • Provide scheduled on-call support

Requirements

  • Location: Must work on-site in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
  • Minimum 2 years of IT-related work experience
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, MS Office, network basics (TCP/IP, WiFi, DHCP, DNS)
  • High School diploma required; IT degree or certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask in a fast-paced environment
