The Opportunity
We're looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support a busy Founder/CEO in both business and personal matters. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role built on trust and follow-through. You'll support a fast-moving schedule that includes domestic travel, international business trips, and industry conferences throughout the year. The CEO values someone who brings not just competence, but good energy — someone who is kind, personable, and easy to be around.
What You'll Do
Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and scheduling with accuracy and sound judgment
Coordinate domestic and international travel, conference logistics, and on-site arrangements
Handle business and personal tasks and errands with professionalism and full discretion
Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and action item summaries to ensure seamless follow-through
Manage all sensitive business and personal information with absolute confidentiality

Bachelor's degree or higher
1–3 years of experience in an executive support, operations, or administrative role preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through

Comfortable with a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable schedule; flexible and responsive when it matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in common scheduling/travel tools
You'll Thrive Here If You:
Take genuine pride in being organized, dependable, and one step ahead
Are self-motivated and take ownership without waiting to be asked
Bring a polished and professional demeanor to every setting — whether in the office, at an event, or on the road
Are low-ego and find deep satisfaction in making someone else's day run better
Bring warmth and good energy to the people around you — a positive attitude and a sense of humor go a long way here
Value a stable, focused environment where your reliability and hard work are genuinely appreciated
