What you will do
- Strategize and plan for display and video revenue growth across a defined book of business.
- Manage and mentor a team to support publishers and partners while delegating projects for successful execution.
- Act as a primary liaison and escalation point for SSP and ad tech business partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to facilitate product onboardings.
- Lead business reviews with partners to align on product roadmaps and identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, privacy initiatives, and identity solutions to inform strategic growth.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of professional experience in the ad tech industry.
- Direct experience working at or with SSPs, DSPs, ad management companies, or publishers.
- Proven project management experience in end-to-end product or client onboarding.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the hiring country (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Proficiency in SSP platforms, HubSpot, Google Products, and Microsoft Excel.
Nice to have
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Looker, and JIRA.
