What you will do

  • Strategize and plan for display and video revenue growth across a defined book of business.
  • Manage and mentor a team to support publishers and partners while delegating projects for successful execution.
  • Act as a primary liaison and escalation point for SSP and ad tech business partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to facilitate product onboardings.
  • Lead business reviews with partners to align on product roadmaps and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, privacy initiatives, and identity solutions to inform strategic growth.

Requirements

  • 6-7 years of professional experience in the ad tech industry.
  • Direct experience working at or with SSPs, DSPs, ad management companies, or publishers.
  • Proven project management experience in end-to-end product or client onboarding.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the hiring country (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Proficiency in SSP platforms, HubSpot, Google Products, and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Looker, and JIRA.
