What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems while meeting established SLAs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, application configurations, and access problems within the Hypori platform on AWS.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to higher-tier support teams with thorough documentation.
  • Manage user account provisioning and onboarding in DoD-compliant environments following strict security protocols.
  • Deliver end-user training on platform usage, security best practices, and supported configurations.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship required.
  • DoD Security Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation required.
  • IAT Level II certification (Security+) required.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in customer support.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
