What you will do
- Communicate with the management team to ensure facility needs are met.
- Maintain IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, and hardware.
- Implement security policies and procedures to safeguard systems and employee data.
- Evaluate system security in compliance with SOX and HIPAA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve internal systems.
- Develop disaster recovery playbooks and operational implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
- 4-6 years of IT experience.
- Experience with label printer and scanning technology.
- Experience with customer support, including knowledge of Mac OS X and Windows.
- Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst.
- Up to 25% travel may be required to sites across the United States.
