What you will do
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from senior stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve the reporting framework and data governance structure.
- Ensure high quality, consistency, and reliability of reporting data.
- Prepare executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Coordinate reporting cadence across multiple stakeholder meetings.
- Perform analytical deep-dives to support escalations and urgent business needs.
Requirements
- Experience in reporting, PMO, program governance, or transformation environments.
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Proven ability to prepare executive-level reporting materials.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- High attention to detail and data quality.
- Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
