Responsibilities
— Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and key stakeholders
— Develop recruiting strategies based on business needs and hiring plans
— Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, ML, QA) and non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin)
— Analyze recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes
— Monitor recruiting budgets and support efficient resource allocation
— Prepare and negotiate job offers with final candidates
— Support employer branding and positive candidate experience
Requirements
— 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing or international companies
— Experience hiring both technical and non-technical roles internationally
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Experience with sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional communities
— Experience conducting structured competency-based interviews (STAR method)
— Strong Excel skills for recruiting analytics
— Fluent English
