What you will do

  • Build and evolve reusable UI components and user journeys in React and TypeScript with a focus on maintainability and consistency.
  • Own front-end quality including performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility (WCAG), and reliability across devices and regions.
  • Collaborate closely with design and back-end teams to integrate APIs securely and deliver privacy-by-design implementations.
  • Use modern developer tooling including AI-assisted coding responsibly to improve quality and velocity.
  • Contribute to the design system with shared components, tokens, and documentation to enable faster shipping.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Europe or able to work hybrid from Brussels
  • 5+ years professional experience building production front-ends in React and TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and Git source control.
  • Solid CSS and HTML fundamentals and experience integrating REST APIs securely.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
