What you will do
- Build and schedule customer journeys and emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and maintain personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPScript.
- Perform audience selection using complex SQL queries.
- Ensure technical accuracy and responsive design for multi-device email rendering.
- Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Implement and deploy content across landing pages and marketing channels.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with web/email templates and responsive design standards.
- English proficiency: Minimum B1 level (reading, writing, conversation).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of pre-processed CSS such as SASS or LESS.
- Graphic design experience using Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Understanding of W3C web standards.
