What you will do

  • Build and schedule customer journeys and emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain personalized email templates using HTML, CSS, and AMPScript.
  • Perform audience selection using complex SQL queries.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and responsive design for multi-device email rendering.
  • Manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement and deploy content across landing pages and marketing channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with web/email templates and responsive design standards.
  • English proficiency: Minimum B1 level (reading, writing, conversation).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of pre-processed CSS such as SASS or LESS.
  • Graphic design experience using Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket.
  • Understanding of W3C web standards.
