What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta platforms to achieve growth goals.
- Develop and test audience targeting strategies, including lookalike models and retargeting.
- Coordinate with creative and PPC teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging meet performance targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights for ROI improvement.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers.
- Research target markets and execute creator campaigns to drive brand reach.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign performance data.
- Experience managing influencer or creator collaborations.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language.
