What you will do

  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies for 1099 independent contractors across multiple geographies.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and contract execution.
  • Lead and coach a team of recruiters to hit hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to align workforce needs with hiring timelines.
  • Ensure legal compliance regarding independent contractor classification and tax requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment data to produce reports and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in recruiting or staffing.
  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience recruiting 1099 independent contractors.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong experience in sourcing using LinkedIn and various job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with call-center staffing or recruitment.
  • Knowledge of ISO or Six Sigma quality systems.
