What you will do

  • Support the global rollout of the EVP and manage employee advocacy programs.
  • Create compelling content that highlights the professional journeys and culture of the organization.
  • Coordinate end-to-end employer branding initiatives for career fairs and university recruitment events.
  • Manage and optimize the company's presence across career sites and social media platforms.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and candidate feedback to drive strategic improvements.
  • Execute targeted digital advertising campaigns to attract high-quality talent pools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction.
  • Proven experience in developing employer branding strategies within large multinational organizations.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, social media platforms, and EB tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle large-scale initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the capability to measure impact and optimize strategies.
