What you will do

  • Define the global vision and standardized processes for SEO, SEM, and GEO strategies.
  • Lead practice operations, including resource planning, talent development, and forecasting for a global team.
  • Drive new business growth by shaping search service offerings and supporting pitches.
  • Develop strategies for AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews).
  • Communicate complex performance narratives and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Manage the execution of cross-channel search strategies for priority accounts.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Search, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Deep expertise in SEO (technical, content, UX) and paid search oversight.
  • Experience managing department-level operations and staffing models.
  • Proven ability to present and communicate strategy to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with GEO and AI-based optimization.
  • Proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

Nice to have

  • Experience in large-scale website migrations and redesigns.
  • Strong technical SEO background including JavaScript SEO knowledge.
  • Experience in international SEO for multi-region and multi-language sites.
  • Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis.
