What you will do
- Define the global vision and standardized processes for SEO, SEM, and GEO strategies.
- Lead practice operations, including resource planning, talent development, and forecasting for a global team.
- Drive new business growth by shaping search service offerings and supporting pitches.
- Develop strategies for AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews).
- Communicate complex performance narratives and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Manage the execution of cross-channel search strategies for priority accounts.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in Search, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in SEO (technical, content, UX) and paid search oversight.
- Experience managing department-level operations and staffing models.
- Proven ability to present and communicate strategy to executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with GEO and AI-based optimization.
- Proficiency in enterprise SEO tools (e.g., BrightEdge, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
Nice to have
- Experience in large-scale website migrations and redesigns.
- Strong technical SEO background including JavaScript SEO knowledge.
- Experience in international SEO for multi-region and multi-language sites.
- Proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis.
