What you will do

  • Lead creation of technical proposals aligned with customer needs and company strategy
  • Manage and standardize customer onboarding processes
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Monitor project P&L, forecast accuracy, and margin improvements
  • Coordinate customer change requests with controlled assessments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the proposal and project management team

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Berlin, Munich, or Athens
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8–10+ years of professional experience including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven end-to-end project management and P&L ownership experience
  • Fluent English required; German and other languages are advantages
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%, including to third and emerging countries
