What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 independent wholesale clients across France.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial sell-in to follow-up, invoicing, and payments.
  • Identify and onboard new clients to strengthen Rains' market presence.
  • Monitor sell-through performance and ensure high standards of in-store execution.
  • Conduct seasonal visits and provide product training to retail partners.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to support expansion efforts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working with independent retailers, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and processes simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within France.
