Solution Engineer (Salesforce, AI): Designing and implementing scalable customer operations engines within Salesforce, with an accent on integrating AI for autonomous tasks and real-time assistance. Location: Remote in Poland or hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office). Must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

  • Build complex logic using Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and validation rules following a "clicks-before-code" philosophy.
  • Design the "Golden Path" of data orchestration between Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Workato, and other internal applications.
  • Manage the flow of product-usage data back into Salesforce via Hightouch.
  • Design and configure Salesforce Agentforce agents to handle autonomous tasks like proactive customer health checks.
  • Build and maintain secure API integrations with Gemini (Google) to power smart summarization and sentiment analysis within the CRM.
  • Architect and optimize structured prompt templates and "instructions" for internal AI agents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience configuring Salesforce (Admin/App Builder level) and HubSpot.
  • Experience with Workato (or Zapier) and Reverse ETL tools like Hightouch.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and LLM APIs (Gemini/GPT), specifically regarding prompt design and connectivity.
  • Experience with routing management tools like LeanData.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technical experience.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
