What you will do

  • Drive performance improvement programs for the Vinted Go parcel network in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Develop scalable methods for tracking key network performance indicators such as delivery times, failure rates, and cost per parcel.
  • Lead strategic projects to reduce shipping delays and enhance overall parcel network reliability.
  • Analyze complex operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions.
  • Align identified projects with sustainability and cost-efficiency targets.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable project plans and priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or consulting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Track record of owning complex, cross-functional projects with measurable business impact.
  • Expertise in analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and pivot quickly when necessary.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative team-player skills.
