What you will do
- Own and lead manual testing of complex features across multiple environments.
- Drive exploratory and regression testing using structured documentation.
- Identify, log, and track issues with precision while analyzing production logs.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD test coverage.
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools for test generation and log analysis.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of proactive quality ownership.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional QA experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and the defect lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Jira, Git, Postman, and browser developer tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms and methodologies.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of backend technologies, APIs, and PHP.
- Experience in Linux environments and Bash scripting.
