- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while upholding commitments to inclusive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, evaluation, and employment branding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, in-house environments.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technical, customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Experience with modern recruitment tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
