What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in Twilio’s platform, CPaaS, contact center, and customer engagement trends.
- Design vertical-specific multi-product architectures for ISV and HighTech platforms focusing on voice, AI automation, and global scale.
- Lead hands-on technical validation including building prototypes and proof-of-concepts to support sales engineering teams.
- Drive technical validation phases ensuring seamless integration of Twilio products into customer ecosystems.
- Provide market feedback to influence product management and R&D roadmaps.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of presales or solution architecture experience with complex multi-product solutions.
- 2+ years expertise in CPaaS, Voice, and Contact Center solutions.
- Proficiency in multi-channel design including Voice, SMS, Chat, and AI-driven routing/IVR.
- Hands-on ability to build prototypes and conduct technical validations.
- Strong understanding of ISV and HighTech sector technical requirements including multi-tenancy and AI latency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+).
- Location restriction: cannot be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or San Francisco Bay Area (CA).
