What you will do

  • Represent the company at industry events to elevate brand awareness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to align regional and company goals
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or have strong understanding of the MEA region, specifically Dubai
  • 8+ years of successful closing sales experience in B2B SaaS, preferably hospitality software
  • Proven track record in launching new markets and building business operations
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills aligned with local business culture
