Requirements
- 4+ years of direct product management experience building platform products.
- 5+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading.
- Strong expertise in utilizing product analytics and experimentation to drive platform decision-making.
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with granular problem-solving.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
