What you will do

  • Co-own the product area roadmap with the Product Director, balancing short and long-term goals.
  • Shape Quinyx's engineering vision, contributing to technical strategy and platform direction.
  • Oversee all development initiatives within the product area, defining best practices and KPIs.
  • Champion engineering quality at every level - from architecture and code standards through to deployment.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
  • Partner across Product, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure engineering is a strategic enabler of growth.

Requirements

  • A proven track record leading large engineering organisations in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Deep experience across the full software development lifecycle and strong budget management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies.
