What you will do

  • Provide support and build out cloud infrastructure focusing on automation and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Develop serverless Python applications for daily backups to S3.
  • Optimize problematic SQL statements and configure auditing in Oracle databases.
  • Troubleshoot backend system bugs and assist auditors with database auditing reports.
  • Plan major version upgrades for Aurora databases with development teams.
  • Automate continuous delivery pipelines and write unit tests for automation code.
  • Work in an agile environment contributing innovative IT infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Rotterdam or relocate to the Netherlands.
  • Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS; Solutions Architect Associate certificate is a plus.
  • Development experience in Python and automation mindset.
  • Experience with Oracle 19c databases, Oracle GoldenGate, and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of AWS Aurora or AWS RDS databases is a bonus.
  • Experience with observability tools like DataDog.
