What you will do

  • Manage multidiscipline projects, overseeing the full production cycle from bidding to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Directors, Leads, and Art Producers to establish realistic timelines and project deliverables.
  • Define and track project schedules and milestones.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions within the team to discuss status, resolve issues, and share information.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all project discussions with the client, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Handle project efficiency and cost analysis, keeping the project team motivated and engaged.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer or leading project manager for multiple-discipline projects with more than 3 teams; knowledge and experience in 3D or game production are a plus.
  • A solid understanding of project management.
  • Attention to detail, timely follow-up, robust scheduling, setting priorities, organizing, and risk management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Studio in Ho Chi Minh City.
