What you will do

  • Manage team members across markets to document, standardize, and optimize patient operations processes.
  • Build and maintain a global Knowledge Hub containing SOPs and training manuals.
  • Design and scale comprehensive onboarding and upskilling programs for AU & UK teams.
  • Partner with market teams to analyze feedback and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Drive automation and tooling enhancements to improve operational accuracy and reduce manual effort.
  • Set global benchmarks for training quality, process adoption, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a contact center or patient operations environment.
  • Strong background in training, knowledge management, and process development.
  • Proven experience in building functions or quality frameworks from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of QA frameworks and ability to apply them globally.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills including SQL proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-cultural environment.
