What you will do

  • Contribute to the design, launch, and optimization of campaigns aligned to key stages of the customer journey using Demandbase for audience segmentation.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and account-specific data to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to each stage of the buyer’s journey.
  • Manage the trafficking of ads to different platforms, collaborating with multiple vendors and agencies.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners, contributing to a seamless, unified go-to-market strategy.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and refine campaigns.
  • Establish and execute a structured A/B testing program, experimenting with creative elements and messaging.

Requirements

  • Passion for account-based marketing, including paid media strategies and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with developing personalized messaging strategies and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign iteration for optimization.
  • Knowledge of paid media channels (paid social, display, content syndication, etc.).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with account-based marketing platforms (Demandbase, Madison Logic, etc.).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and sales teams.
  • Comfort with navigating dynamic and evolving marketing technologies.
