Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes or Business Spend Management (BSM) solutions.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Bogota, Colombia.
