What you will do

  • Respond professionally to customer service needs via multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and SMS.
  • Manage supplier compliance documentation and ensure accuracy using Connect and Salesforce platforms.
  • Support high-value clients with compliance-focused campaigns and new client onboarding.
  • Handle customer escalations and service recovery efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with third parties on behalf of suppliers to collect compliance information.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work hybrid in Calgary office (Tues-Thur onsite, Mon/Fri remote)
  • Start date: April 7, 2026, with 100% attendance for 8 weeks of training
  • Extensive knowledge of client compliance requirements including Insurance, OSHA, MSHA, Safety Manual.
  • Experience with Connect and Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong communication skills for customer and supplier interactions.
