What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for global and digital clients across various trading platforms.
  • Resolve client enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat efficiently.
  • Process client trades over the telephone and provide in-depth analysis of trade executions.
  • Manage end-to-end client accounts including onboarding, document verification, and activity follow-ups.
  • Execute back-office tasks such as fund transfers, verifying bank accounts, and reporting.
  • Support the Sales team and Introducing Brokers with operational requirements and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Business Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high workloads and ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to work antisocial hours to meet client needs.
