What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for global and digital clients across various trading platforms.
- Resolve client enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat efficiently.
- Process client trades over the telephone and provide in-depth analysis of trade executions.
- Manage end-to-end client accounts including onboarding, document verification, and activity follow-ups.
- Execute back-office tasks such as fund transfers, verifying bank accounts, and reporting.
- Support the Sales team and Introducing Brokers with operational requirements and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Business Fluency in written and verbal English
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high workloads and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Willingness to work antisocial hours to meet client needs.
