What you will do

  • Recruit and onboard strategic channel partners in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth through “Sell With” and “Sell Through” strategies.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and document partner activities in Salesforce.
  • Plan and participate in joint marketing initiatives including events and webinars.
  • Lead enablement and training programs for partner sales and services teams.
  • Support sales efforts by attending customer meetings with partner representatives.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • Over 10 years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity and IAM partners.
  • Proven success in building and monetizing reseller partnerships.
  • Experience managing quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of exceeding channel sales targets and driving revenue growth.
